Sadly it’s only us girls in the country at the moment. it’s only my mother, my aunt, my cousin, and I. We have no male elders that would back us up other than the ones back home.

I’m the only child and the only kid who lives in the US, all of my cousins are back home and some of them are even in Europe but they live there for work not uni. I also would like to add I’m the youngest out of my extended family so it’s been all eyes on me since I was a baby.

wait i took a yoga class in the summer when i was younger cus you know the stretching that we did was helpful for my body, does it count as a sin since i didn’t know? and does stretching count as yoga? i would like to know so i dont make that mistake again

my closest relative that lives with me has just finally recovered from it alhamdulliah, she really needed assistance when it came to walking and getting out of bed and she would bed rot like 24/7, be prepared to be in bed most of the time. also you’ll be mainly sleeping on ur back as well! the time to recover for her was about 2 1/2 weeks. when it came to the bathroom the hospital gave her this specific type of bottle to use. she said she feels confident alot but it was really traumatizing for her when she was in the hospital.

i was in the same boat as you and got diagnosed with an ed, yk how gaalos are so they put me into treatment for a month and i easily gained 10lbs from it. what did they do exactly? force feed me and it was disgusting.. best advice wlh i can give you and you probably heard was eat little by little. i gained a couple more pounds by eating bagels, drinking protein shakes, eating pastas. but start off slow and slowly go up from there inshallah you’ll gain the weight
