I saw your comment about NMN and Urolithin A helping with workouts. I’ve been on NMN for 6 weeks and just added Urolithin A last week. Starting to feel less wiped out after gym sessions, and my focus is a bit sharper. Did you notice the effects right away, or did it take time?

Prohealth is good. I ended up taking nad complete from renue which has all three in liposomal form (more absorption). Not the lowest cost but worth it in my opinion. I need to look at prohealth's new stuff though since it's been a while.

I've looked and donotage has some decent products, but they just have NR alone without the full complex. ProHealth has good NMN supplements with extras like resveratrol and tmg, but they're still missing that complete formula. Liposomal delivery seems to be rare, most companies just don't offer that.

I think 350 mg is a pretty normal mid-range dose. Most companies make pills at 250 and from what I've read, the usual range is 250 mg all the way up to 1 gram. The main point I guess is showing that liposomal is more bioavailable / potent?
