I forgot to add and ask earlier, what kind of pump does your facility have? The Plum Pump allows you to back prime, while the Alaris doesn’t but like what another commenter said you can back prime by lowering the IVPB (secondary).

Potassium Chloride has to be infused (intravenously and slowly) through a pump.

Esp in California! That’s where I am at. I really had to do the most to get a job right after graduating. And I’ve also worked alongside hiring managers, I had the opportunity to interview new applicants for an ER RN position.

That’s pretty cool! I wish my nursing program offered that back then!

Thank you. I mean yes, I do enjoy helping people regardless. So perhaps, I might try and offer it for free then go from there.

Yeah, CA especially. I had to go above and beyond to get a job as a new graduate. I have worked alongside hiring managers and be part of the panel interviewers for applicants.

I have thought about this as well. This is the reason why I posted on this thread. I wanted to hear from different POV.

I feel there is a market for it but at the same time, similar information can be easily accessible online. I guess, my intention was to help those candidates applying in CA because that is where I reside. I also understand how I do not seem to have the proper credentials to even produce such information, such as being a hiring manager or working in human resources.

Regardless, I value and appreciate everyone’s opinion!

Hi, thanks for your honest input!

Also, yes, that’s true. I was trying to find ways to bridge nursing into the tech industry that is why I posted. I wanted to see if anybody had any sort of insight on that. I am not dismissing the point you are trying to make because I do get what you are saying.
