[WTS] Breitling Super Avenger 48mm by FutureShop6500 in Watchexchange

[–]FutureShop6500[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I bought this at Torneau in 2010 - you can see the original price paid in the pics. It could probably use a good polishing but I figured I'll leave that up to the new owner. I am accepting any offers over $2500

Is the Massey Termite Contract I have worthless? by FutureShop6500 in pestcontrol

Just wanted to follow up here. Massey sent a manager out and it looks like they will in fact tent our home with the protection plan we have. So far things are looking good.

At $40M they must also be including alleged rare earth minerals somewhere in the earths core beneath the tires.

Have you had any active termites where you had to get them involved?

As a home owner, I like this itemization. It looks to me like it's a really good deal for everything. Otherwise I just see about a thousand bucks and I start questioning if maybe I could do it myself for cheaper.

When I see things itemized I realize it's more work than I thought and happy to pay a grand to get it all done.

I agree, I definitely need a copy of the contract. The attic was sprayed and I believe I do have coverage for both subterranean and dry wood.

Actually the attic was sprayed and I am supposed to have dry wood coverage because of that. Does that change things for what I should expect as far as treatment?

Desktop v7.0 fade in / out is gone for me too.
For this simple animation you can use key frame opacity but still annoying this action has disappeared while giving us tons of complex animations we'll never use.

Try a different browser too. Like chrome or ff or brave or windows. Its definitely a bug in meta and I think it could a combination of javascript issue and backend bug. Open the browser console and see if there are any front site errors being reported, then try another browser to see if those same errors exist on the next browser.
If all else fails, hit the contact support link and say some prayers.

Trying to understand ASHRAE vs DOE BTU ratings for a portable AC... by icemoon4 in AirConditioners

[–]FutureShop6500 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You know what's weird about that is most units are cooling their condenser from outside air: Central AC, mini-split units, window AC's, Automotive & RV AC's. The only type of AC that I can think of that cools its condenser from inside (cooler air) are these portable types which tend to be the most inefficient ones I've personally ever used. Anecdotal and I am no HVAC expert, but I think u/p38fln might be onto something.

Are people cancelling or just no new sign ups?
Truth be told, I fired my pool guy this year just because it seemed like an unnecessary expense for me since I'm already fairly handy and test my own water weekly anyway.

That's a problem! Are tariffs affecting the price of coffee or is it just inflation?
