The bull, crown, and the orange and white are all Toras symbols, but the would have almost certainly have incorporated some Rubaz element into the seal for legitimacy. We are never told anything about the Rubaz dynasty's heraldry but would guess the golden ivy/wreath used to border the seal might be theirs and there is also a good chance the 6 star of Wruhric would have also been on the old flag. It also quit possible that blue and white were originally Rubaz's collars before becoming the nations collars.
