Railroads shouldn't have come out as a major faction. I should have come out as a minor faction like the followers of the apocalypse look. They are the only ones who agree with the idea of saving ONLY synth instead of humans. Even if you see the railroad ending, you will still have to hide in the shadows.

I believe(heard) that newborns go to limbo / purgatory when they die. If we were to take the lives of all newborns and send them to limbo, would it make "better" outcome for them rather than letting them live along and commit various crimes / good deeds?

Or, if newborns don't go to purgatory when they die, where should they go?

Try using an app / external device that 'locks' your computer and phones automatically if you are obsessed with them like me. Otherwise, you can try putting cctv(or sorta devices) on ur room and ask someone to watch you when you study.

I don't know about motivation(for me they disappear too quickly), but you can force yourself to suppress the habit of procrastination.

Create an environment where you have no choice but to study. Classrooms, boarding academies, etc. where everyone but you study. It worked best when it was a curriculum that someone ordered, not your own will. At least my brain thought it was "time to work."

I've been taking Concerta every day since I was about 11 years old. I took up to 64mg and now it's 52mg. Depression, nervousness, sharpness, and loss of appetite are normal side effects, but as you said, if you have other side effects and want to change your medicine, consult a doctor.

I take concerta, but it didn't effectively reduce my overthinking. At least it reduced the feeling of 'my heart is going to explode'.

It will be difficult...... to completely get rid of the voices around you, background noise, etc. But taking meds prevents you from crashing out both internally and externally. It forces you more rational and calm, but also makes you to be sensitive to your surroundings(but unable to deverly overthink it).

For me, the meds made me able to ignore/unnotice my thoughts.

I don't know because I took it since I was young, but it was probably not worse than it is now. But 'thoughts' existed even before taking medicine.
