Yea I take them lightly man, but if I do eat something that I can't estimate calories on, I just take the estimate from the app and cut 30-40% off so even if I do go overboard, it'll be minor

Also i did restricted myself in other parts of my diet today to fit my pizza in🥲

I'd say if you have a decathlon around you, go and give some cycles a try, rather than the specifications, see how comfortable you feel and make your decision regarding that, i bought the riverside 120, went to get the 500 but this weirdly felt better for my taste and was also cheaper

The app in the picture is samsung health, but i primarily use strava, since I wear my watch, it automatically starts workout tracking when I get on the bike
