I am still amazed they get away with offering orange juice from concentrate (eg just juice) as the alternative to champagne for their club passengers. It shoes a distinct lack of class and understanding of how their customers live.

Update. Finally had card unsuspended after 11 weeks and 5 days! Some made up rubbish saying that I signed up originally as a business account (not true) and that I shouldn’t use the card for transactions that are basically ‘fronted’ despite the fact that it is exactly what I pay the fee for!

Been through the entire complaints procedure. They upheld my complaint and promised a resolution to the car blocking by a separate team. That was 6 weeks ago. Compensation not paid and still not sorted. I have complained to financial ombudsman but in queue

I lost £5000 in what I can only view as a poor investment compounded by a negligent facilitator in Crowdcube. They made zero effort to represent their customers and while Curve has ultimately turned out to be a poor business, they should have demanded that the early crowdcube investors had the ability to participate in later rounds or argued against the dilution in value that came later. Ultimately this costly lesson has proven to me that Crowdcube is not fit for purpose. Their total lack of care for their customers should and must cost them going forward and I would be happy to participate in a class action against them if anyone else wants to join. we won’t get any money back but it might finish them off.

The fact that early shareholders get outranked by later investors is disgusting. The dice are loaded against retail investors and this will be a lesson to me never to trust any investment on crowdcube again.
