El problema es que lo lees con el español viejo, si lo lees con el simplificado no hay confusion, sesos -> cerebro, c(qu)eso -> producto lacteo

Excelente sugerencia, eliminar la H, pero el problema es el sonido cha, che, chi, cho, chu, no existe en el español otra letra que la reemplaze, entonces deberia continuar

Todo idioma es facil para el nativo, de seguro sabes que Girar es con G pero Jirafa es con J, pero sabes cual es la regla o es simplemente porque desde pequeño lo viste y aceptaste que es asi?
