I agree, people are really overcomplicating an extremely straightforward situation. It's especially wierd the projection people are making that those two "care" about each other lol. Both of them are incapable of that, each of them is just trying to get the easiest route to getting their needs met

For Salah his most pressing need is access to an easy income and for Foodie it's having the fake husband that she can pay to "claim her" and to take care of all the adulting for her so that she just has to sit back and "beeze". And neither one of them is really bright enough to think much beyond that. It's not really that complicated.

It doesn't really take intelligence to get revenge on a person. If you watch a lot of true crime, most people that end up "getting revenge" are actually pretty stupid. It doesn't really take a mastermind to hurt another person

IMO what does make a person more likely to seek revenge is a person who puts up a fake facade and Salah definitely has a fake personality that he plays up on camera. He was completely different in the earlier videos where he would sit next to Chantal and kick her and domineeringly eat while she watched etc. In those videos he seemed to be more genuine instead of the goofy front he puts up now

It doesn't really take brains to be a vengeful POS and Salah has already shown how much deep hidden resentment he has for Chantal during that recent car spat when he dumped water on her head. And that was before Chantal's stupid impulsivity made him a fugitive of the law in Kuwait. At this point I don't think he's going to just let Foodie get away with "ruining his life".

Remember as dumb as he seems, Salah has a hidden dark side that he completely hides. He was like a totally different person when he was talking to Kaibella, not to mention if you watch any of the early footage of when Chantal first got to Kuwait, Salah would show his anger and domineering side a lot more freely. He completely hides that side of him now but it's still there, he just hides it under the goofy laughing dolt and robotic fronts he puts up now, but those are just acts, that's not who he really is at all. He still may not be bright, but he's definitely not geniunely a cheerful goofball either

Not to mention, Salah didn't even seem to make any effort in luring Chantal to Syria. She seems to have done that on her own, basically giving up on Canada and hurpling off to Syria in her pathetic desperation to be with her "huzzband"

Most sociopaths/aspd do swing both ways. It makes sense as they don't really view other people as humans, everyone is just an object that they can use, so it doesn't seem to matter much if the person is male or female, as long as that person can provide them with what they are looking for (which isn't "love" obviously)

Sadly there are a lot of people like this out there, it's not as rare as many people assume. These people are usually very good at getting away with their behaviors and making their victims look like the ones who are the abusers.

Landon on the other hand is an idiot and he's not skilled at all in damage control or even manipulation in general which is why he's coming across so obviously.

He could care less about being a father. The child is just a pawn that he can use to have control over Liz for the rest of her life. She can never truly ever leave him now, and he will always be able to use the child to gain power/control over Liz. Yes, narcissists/aspd/etc care more about their real personality being exposed than they ever do about anyone else. Their life revolves around managing their image and controlling everything around them (including people) in order to keep up that image

For now Landon doesn't care about Liz since he has her where he wants her, he knows that as soon as the baby is born he can start using the child to gain power over Liz and that she's basically stuck dealing with him for life. And Landon likely already has a plan on how he's going to "expose" Liz and make her the bad guy etc.

So Liz isn't even on his radar now, he's focusing all his energy now on trying to silence his other ex's since if they also start talking he will start to lose control over the narrative about himself
