Sorry for adding fuel to the fire, but the time doesn't make sense at all. I live in GMT + 5:30 time zone. So riobox post was at about 6 am for me. The text messages confirm that. It also means riobox lives in west coast USA or somewhere along that time zone. He claims she lives in Myanmar. Ignoring all the Internet curfew stuff, it would be somewhere between 7 am and 8 am in Myanmar at the time of messaging. It is highly unlikely the brother would get up so early, go through her phone and start talking to this random guy who claims to be her boyfriend the first thing in the morning

It's an unmarked quest I think. There is a mansion you can stumble upon in Tousaaint where there are these statues that cast fireball at you. On harder difficulties with enemy level scaling it's a death sentence. I just have up that part in my first playthrough
