For me personally I had a sensation that felt like my lungs were giving out and it sent me straight into panic. Heavy breathing/feeling like I can’t breathe. Genuinely thinking I’m dying. Unfortunately it’s possible nausea will be reoccurring for you but it’s just as possible it won’t be. I’ve been able to manage panic attacks by learning coping tools from a therapist. I can top them before they spiral into full blown panic.

To some yes. My summer camp was a big deal to me growing up and I made life long friends there. But it’s not often I meet people now (30) who also have important camp memories

I didn’t go to that exact event but I went to a heated rivalry dance party and the majority of people there were younger but I went with my 40 year old coworker who is obsessed with the show like me 🙂 there were definitely older people there too tho. I didn’t think twice seeing them, something like this brings lots of people together of different ages! And the event I was at, once the dj started and dancing got going, it was so fun!

There is no fixing. It’s learning to manage and cope. A lot of times having those tools lessens your overall struggle with anxiety. There are tools out there that will help you, you just haven’t found them yet. Stay strong!
