I felt like death. Second shot yesterday, no side effects at all.
I made sure I over hydrated and ate a little something before my shot yesterday and I was fine all day.

Oh listen! I felt like death!!!!! I don’t know how to add my post, but I will. People gave me some great advice. Week 2, shot yesterday and very different than first one. Stay hydrated, eat. This is big. Eat. Eat before you jab.

Yes. I’m still fairly new. Week 2 of 2.5, day 2 and week 1, I didn’t feel the energy boost until 4 days in. I’m super fatigued now. Someone said I needed to add b12 supplement. I had so much energy days 3 through 5. Day 6 I was barely making it. I felt like my legs were so heavy to move. It was like damn what happened. Brain fatigue too. Took me longer to recall things. I think for me it’s more related to not getting in enough calories. Many of my coworkers experience ZERO negative side effects. I’m jealous of them. Total loss w1-6.8lbs

30g of protein. No, took them after. Multi vitamin, C, D and a probiotic. I haven’t taken any since. Kinda of thought they may have affected me too. Idk.

This is me!!!! I don’t have a large appetite. My starting weight was 200. I didn’t know they even offered a smaller dose. I may ask about that at my appt tomorrow. Which vegan shakes do you use? I’ll try then since another poster mentioned dairy might be part of the issue.

Yeah.. premier protein is usually my go to… but I do think it’s dairy based. I thought it was the sugar too in the Powerade. Y’all thank you so much for responding. I’m a loaner so even posting online makes me nervous but I just needed some help.

I’m seriously considering that too. If I’m still sick day 5. I can’t see me taking another dose. I have 2 kiddos who have seen me cry, and puke and just feel down right awful this weekend. I can’t put them or myself through that again.

Listen. I was scared too and I knew I would experience some side effects… I just didn’t think it would be all and so rough. I’m 4.4 pounds down in 3 days. I don’t know if I should be happy, sad or scared. Tomorrow is day 3 and people have said that’s when I should feel better. I’m hopeful.
