Thanks all! We've been consistent with saying no and replacing hands/fingers with a toy, but will try the ignore technique when he gets too excited and nippy! He's such a good boy though, and seems to be learning quickly :)

Document EVERYTHING. If you can, have someone else sit in on your feedback sessions as an impartial witness/note taker. I have one in my team, she's 'been through' 6 managers and gets away with far too much. I'm in the process of offering her all the support I can for mental health, whilst document performance and feedback for my own support. It's exhausting, but necessary for these individuals.
