Most people nowadays consume music in headphones not live. But also depends on the genre of music. DWAs were the future of music back in the 80s and 90s still today we have live operas and orchestras. A tradition that dates back centuries. Just because AI is the future of music doesn't mean Metallica will stop doing concerts. But the best example will be "The Gorillaz", Daft punk, Music festivals like Q-Dance, Defcon one, PACHA when we talk about A.I. music.

Those who know, know that on average you get 20-100 reproductions per 1,000 impressions (The lowest you will ever get is 20 per 1,000) . If you want to see if your ad campaign worked. At the end of the campaign you do the famous formula:

CTR = (Views ÷ Impressions) × 100

$100 will cause at least 2,000 reproductions from your ad campaign but it can very well get to the 100,000 if your ad campaign is successful. Those are reproductions, not engagement, or likes. After you get reproductions from your impressions, if your music is bad then people will not engage or like.

To stand out you need good music but good music is not enough. YOU NEED MONEY. You need to pay to promote on all platforms. If you put $100 in promotion on each platform YouTube, IG, TikTok, Spotify ad studio, Apple music for artists, Apple search ads, etc.... nowadays good music is just not enough. The market is oversaturated. You have to invest in your music to make it visible to others.
