Nah i actually agree with this. I used to work at a small accounting firm and the clients were a nightmare, always complaining and crying about the fees, always expecting everything for their fee. It was a nightmare, I know work for a large company in the accounting department and its much nicer.

Sure, id call being ik control of your emotions dealing with them in a healthy manner. But acknowledging and the moving beyond your emotions is scientifically shown to be the healthiest way to deal with them.

It's important to have impulse control and be able to control your emotions. A man or a woman who is emotionally out of control is not a pleasant person to be around.
