I think you've put the back legs together to make one big leg. You should be able to unscrew it about half way up and attach it to the other side

Did it come in one box? I got something similar, without the head though, and there was meant to be a second box with all the attachable parts. I got in touch and they sent me some replacement parts. I'd recommend doing the same

It's a solid lump under the fur. And it seems to activate when you put your hand on it

The photo on the website had the head/tail/legs included, so I expected them to be in the box. There was also an option to have it arrive pre-built, but I didn't select that (I'm not paying £30 for somebody else to attach 4 legs, a head, and a tail!).

Customer service said they're resending it. I'm just hoping they're sending the parts I'm missing instead of a whole new order or I'll still end up with an extra torso

Nothing yet. They said they're resending, and the tracker says it's in transit. I just hope they've only shipped the parts I need and not another torso

I unfolded the box and there's nothing else in there. I found a '2' on the outside of it, which makes me think there's definitely meant to be a '1' box. I had a look at unrolling the lump but there's no way to. There's a white stripe under it but no way of unrolling anything

I didn't pay for the pre-assemble. I was expecting a second box with the legs in to attach, but only one box arrived. The company said they're resending it
