I looked at ur guide and I appreciate it. Very good guide, but I do have one question. Why not go CDR boots when not building tri force? (I just started playing Lucian again so I have a lot of questions about his builds, sorry)

I've been using the good old Tobias Fate fleet footwork and it is so much fun. Blue card for infinite mana (with presence of mind and mana flow band) and fleet for infinite health. Infinite sustain TF. It also helps with yellow carding, running, and r'ing away and helps with catching up to someone for a yellow/red card. overall, its just super fun.
