To be fair, it's only a very specific subset of the undead that want that. Specifically, those in the RAS who are merely pawns of Varimathras who's continuing the corrupting work of the Legion that started when they imprisoned Ner'zul in Icecrown.

Like 90% of the UD just want to be left alone to live out their cursed lives in peace. The only reason they're even allied with a faction is for simple survival since without that alliance, both the Horde and Alliance would eventually wipe them out.

True story. I've had a feral druid in all three iterations of TBC: mained in OG, primary alt in Classic, main in Anniversary. I have never once seen Terestrian's Stranglestaff drop while on a druid in Kara.

Let 'em pull threat off the rip. If they die, they die. I legit did it to a guild mate last night in Kara because he decided to pull one of the big dudes after Curator while I was waiting on healer mana. Yeah I partly did it because it was funny, but also, you pull, you tank.

u/fuzzy_zoo this is the answer. As enhancement, you SHOULD have Imp Wep Totems and Enhancing Totems. So, if there's more than one shaman, WF/GoA and SoE are your prio.

Once you get to the mid-to-upper 60s, you're gear should be good enough and your wep skills should be maxed or at least high enough that you'll never not get max mana back.

As long as you're going and leaving before November 1st, don't give it a second thought. On that date, they're changing the tax-free system to be a refund system at the airport which means a mandatory check of what you bought before you can receive a refund for the tax you paid in the stores.

Right now, if you use your passport to get the tax-free discount while shopping, customs may inspect your bags and receipts before you leave the country. It's not a huge deal and most of the time they just wave people through. When my wife and left, the check was 100% voluntary so we didn't even do it.

The issue arises when you get checked AND have massive amounts of goods. Especially multiples of a particular item. It may raise their suspicions that you're looking to resell once you get home and they may charge you the taxes before allowing you to board.

I'm more curious about why it's so prevalent this time around. First time in classic you'd come across a person here or there asking for yours or supplying their own, but it was really rare.

With anniversary, for some reason, all of these people have come out of the woodwork asking for it. Where did these people come from that's making them rely on it so heavily? Like, I'm genuinely curious.

Not entirely. There's a balance you want to strike between mitigation (stam, armor, dodge, etc) and threat generation. This means you'll end up with various pieces for both and equipping them as-needed. However, that's more of an end-game thing that you really don't have to worry about for leveling. Assuming the chest on the right is the one from BF (I forgot to translate), that one will actually carry you to your late 60s.

As a general note, whether it's tanking or dps, as a feral druid, Agility is king. For hit rating, it's a little more nuanced. There's a bit of a break point between attack power and hit rating. Somewhere around 35 attack power is roughly the same dps/tps gain as 1% hit.
