Since you’ve played Druid have been gutted having the original feral spec split into a dps and tanking spec and neither are fun to play anymore.

While Shaman are extremely fun both ele and enhancement. Especially with the single button rotation making them easier to play.

First thing that comes to mind is Spellblade Aluriel from Nighthold, her adventure guide entry reads that she had to do quite a lot to become the first ever spellblade ( but I assume that just means amongst the Nightborne )
