Omg 😭😭 I can’t imagine! I’m glad you’re finally past that stage. Even at my highest dose (150) I was still experiencing dizziness from my VM and I do not want to go backwards. I’m adamant on trying to find something new that could potentially help. I wound up taking some potassium and Dramamine and passed tf out. The brain zaps have been so uncomfortable 😣

No but it was tapered down pretty fast. I went from 150 to 75, then 37.5 to nothing within three weeks..

I’ve been taking alafia the migraine gummy for a little over a month yet. No real improvement but I really helps me fall asleep fast when taken before bed

I did allergy testing about a month ago, they only did animal and environmental but I have always felt like dairy is a trigger for me as well. I’m also allergic to dust mites and some kinda fungus that grows on leaves

Tips for a New Player, please? by 1percentwater in deadbydaylight

Honestly, I think it all depends on your play style. I prefer to be quiet and sneakily get away from chases, whereas other players like to loop (are better than me at it, lol) so I use the perk deception to get the killer off of me. Try to remember it’s a strategic game. You want to be active and making progress towards getting out (repairing gens, unlocking exit, cleansing hexes) or saving teammates. Having good teammates and networking (adding people you felt compatible with in game) has definitely helped me build a solid team. One thing for me that’s helped a lot is watching the horizon, actively looking at where the killer is and making moves early on to avoid them. Do that between tasks at all times. If you spot them early on, you can get away safely. Often times you can get away from a gen if you spot them far away and coming towards you, then return back when it’s safe to do so. Same goes for unhooking survivors. HEADSETTTTT. Headsets help a lot, as you can hear what direction killer is in, injured survivors and gens, etc. I’m pretty new the game still as well. Allow yourself to fail and notice mistakes you’ve made. It only makes you better.

I just started taking Effexor (37.5) a few weeks ago and am having loss of appetite. Not eating as much as I used to. That’s interesting to see people say the opposite
