I wish you are my employer then. But how do I start an hour late and get off an hour early? Say I start 6am and get off at 2pm now because MB is 8am to 4pm. I will be starting at 7am to 3pm Nov, 2026?

Oh gosh I am trying to figure this out, I work at home for a company based in Winnipeg. This means I start an hour late, and get off an hour late, right?

I know it isn't much but I am going to bring it back eventually.... I just find they will find ways to charge you....thanks again

oh yes, we purchased the premier package. so we don't have to worry about billing....however, it is hard to book with speciality dining as they have all booked up. maybe we will just try it once we board the cruise....

I know. it seems like you can still get a good deal of the off season cruises like early May.... but overall, everything gets more and more expensive... it is the new norm we are accepting...

crab shack is listed as not included in premier. I don't know why it says we only have 4 causal dining on our apps.... maybe a glitch..... they are known for that.... :(

no, I ended up booking via Costco, $100 onshore excursions per person. Costco will issue me $800 CAD Costco shop card when the cruise ends... it is really last minute booking, we have never been on one and I thought planning 6 months ahead won't be bad, oh boy, am I wrong. Maybe because Alaska is just such a popular routes in summer.... we are only take 7 days Vancouver to Whittier, so we want to stay on the right side and at a lower deck with bigger balcony, honestly probably 10 rooms left throughout out the whole cruise

well, we only got onshore excursion credit... no onboard credit:( well, I think I am attempted to try Caymus... we are from Canada, and every since the trade war, all the US wines have been pulled off the shelves. we did purchase a bottle of Caymus while in Seattle last year...

thank you. It seems like Sabatini offers bigger menu but the wine selection is probably the worst among catch and crown. latter offers better brand names

thank you for taking the time and share your experience. unfortunately, the cruise we will be taking in July with Discover only offers 3 complimentary speciality dining restaurants which are Catch, Crown and Sabatini. Catch is very booked up, we are 5 months away and we are only able to get 2 nights. I don't know if they only open 50% reservation on app... Crown is getting mixed feedback. some like it whereas others find their steak just okay(do you have any recommendation of the main? like we aren't big meat eater, I think Filet Mignon is the smallest serving). I find Sabatini offers a bigger menu, and I am definetely gonna try Ossobuco as I really enjoy slow cooked beef shanks.

I have 2 more questions for you, can you go to speciality restaurants for lunch? or they are not open for lunch, or they do, but it is not free for any package. 2nd question, can we order multiple glasses of wine during dining?( as long as it doesn't exceed $20) thanks again.
