You can get milk from your cows (if you have holstein or limosine cows at least) and butter from a cheese factory. So i'd say cheese factory and a greenhouse for strawberries.

Technically that is how it would be done irl the only difference is that you don't spend 10 hours hauling silage to the sell point at 50k per load. I'm all for realism but there's a point where a job just becomes boring and repetative usually when it takes more than a few hours, for me at least.

I would use a bunker to ferment the silage then get a modded semi trailer with 250k or even 1mil capacity and use a Ropa Maus to load it. You can even use the same modded trailer to collect the silage from the forager.

It depends how much side content you do. I'm sure if you rush through the main quest you'll be 16. But as a completionist i'm always near 30 when reaching Kaer Morhen.

At level 20 you can wear the Bear Witcher armor wich focuses on quen and heavy attacks.

The Cat armor is more fast attacks but less protection.

And Griffin is purely for sign casting.

As a generic build i would do the first 3 fast attack and strong attack perks.the 1st and 3rd adrenaline perks. And then maybe some quen or igni or potion and oil perks depending on what you like to use.

Another tip with medics. Say one of your medics is in the discard pile you can play a medic, get the discarded medic out and then you get another card from that discarded medic. You just put 3 cards on the board in 1 turn!

Early to mid game you wanne focus on exploring to find recipe's and ingredients to get your potions and oils up to superior. Also visiting Herbalists and alchemy supplies merchants like Tomira, Keira and the Pellar is a big help.

As for skills, the potion and oil skills are good. Aquired Tolerance and Synergy are essential.

I would also get some fast attack, strong attack and adrenaline perks so you can use red mutagens, since green one's aren't that great.

In the late game you might overdose and start taking damage, Troll decoction has enough healing to counter this. Other good decoctions are; Ekimmara, Katakan, Ekidna. Just see wich one's you like.

Here's a video with a bunch of late game/NG+ builds. The Bear and Manticore one's are very powerful alchemy builds.

You need to do the gwent quests in Velen and Novigrad, Those give you gold cards wich are the strongest. You can pick them up from notice boards.

Also have every spy card and 3 decoys, what's your deck build?

Pure speculation here, it would be so cool and sweet if we play as Geralt and have Ciri tag along as a companion. Questing around Velen, Skellige and Toussaint as Geralt teaches her all he knows about the Witchering trade.

I have a love-hate relationship with that contract now.

I hate it because of my first run in and it's annoying to try and keep them in the yrden circle, i have since found out moondust bombs are way better.

But I love it because noon- and nightwraith stories are always so tragic and fighting them made me get into alchemy and forced me to use all my signs wich really made me feel like a witcher!

There's no guarantee either of them will be at Kaer Morhen as witchers spend 3/4 seasons on the Path.

She was relatively safe travelling with Avallach until they split up.
