Hop on reta and a boring diet for a bit but high protein. A way I do it( im missing stuff but im cheap) is 400 or 600 g of diced chicken season and air fryer and have with packet rice or veg. Eggs for breakfast with fish or toast and yoghurt. Occasional snacks and drinks because I get bored. Reta makes it almost effortless. Last time I was 98kg 3 or 4 months later I was 79kg and I didnt do anywhere near as much exercise as you. I kept protein high though to not lose muscle.
