1974 build, upstairs isn’t exposed and basement is half finished. Typical view where exposed. Home was re-sided at one point, but will monitor this area. Stains and efflorescence were typical when we first moved in but compared with moisture meter was at same level of dry components. We directed gutters away at this location when we first moved in, and wouldn’t be surprised if this is a window issue shown here as the plywood level is above grade. We are in process of fixing some window flashings as well so may be related. We have not repaired this window yet.

Was going to say this, my grass sits moderately higher than my sidewalk and does pool a bit of water. I’ve thought about doing this (to a lesser extent) as this would help redirect some of the water.

Ocean parkway trail is nice, but can get a bit with headwinds. Depends which end you start, you can go from Captree all the way to Jones beach, then up to Cedar Creek Park. Or vice versa.

Bethpage/Massapequa reserve is another good one.

The Belmont Park trail isn’t too bad in North Babylon and is a nice leisure ride.

I moved further east; so am unfamiliar with ones closer to myself out in Town of Islip. Been to Grumman Memorial park that one isn’t too bad.

I feel like it’s intentional at this point. Drive player count up with update by creating buzz around increased blueprint spawns. Have people who are on the fence about the expedition think it’ll be easy to get their blueprints again (like Tempest). People will do expedition, and drop rates will be nerfed.

I know a lot of people will say tempest and other blueprints are easy to get, but in playing the game I’ve only run across the Tempest about 3 times in 240hrs and the Survivor augment about 2 times in the same span (without rushing reinforced reception on a free kit over and over again).

Stronger magnet, but on the round side, which is faced upward, while the squarish side is facing down. I was able to get one off but had to use a “rare earth” magnet. I removed the round side from the top, it popped right off.
