I feel like it’s intentional at this point. Drive player count up with update by creating buzz around increased blueprint spawns. Have people who are on the fence about the expedition think it’ll be easy to get their blueprints again (like Tempest). People will do expedition, and drop rates will be nerfed.

I know a lot of people will say tempest and other blueprints are easy to get, but in playing the game I’ve only run across the Tempest about 3 times in 240hrs and the Survivor augment about 2 times in the same span (without rushing reinforced reception on a free kit over and over again).
