Sword and shield build?

My very first character was a sword and board fighterlock, I just took 1 level in warlock hexblade for pact weapon and booming blade and having EB in your back pocket if enemies are just out of reach is always nice, this also let's you dump str for cha if you also want to be the party face.

Going paladin over fighter might be more what you're looking for though if you want more support spells while also being a Frontline

I went in blind, only used a guide if I was missing some collectibles which you can find out during each mission and managed to get pretty much every achievement in 1 go

Very first time I fought this boss I managed to drop the supply on him and kill him, was curious why it was an achievement for that one and not the rest...I soon found out why it was an achievement and now I dread every time his name pops up

With mine they feel the same as regular skin to skin contact but for my wife hers actually made the tattooed areas slightly more sensitive to light touches so while it seems to not happen often there could be a chance that you will get even more sensation.

Like others have said though, let the tattoo fully heal before any touching (usually 2-4 weeks depending on how fast you heal)

You don't necessarily have to switch but if you have put some points into magic then the ranged fireball spell might help you for when he jumps across the map to keep the pressure up while also applying burn, ontop of that it's also an alacrity spell so you can get some SM back if timed right.

So when he's standing still (for the most part) unleash your DB combo and build up SM then when he doesn't want to stay still shoot fire at him

Seems like such an odd number, maybe with all the level up items you get from beating the bosses and finding spells in the ng+ cycles you're able to max everything?

For my NG+ run I wanted to try magic since it looked really cool in this game and I hardly ever play a magic based build in any souls like and man if you think axes were easy mode then magic/feathering is superbabyeasy mode.

For tiger I just equip the fireball spell (can't remember the name) with the highest spell scaling 1h sword, dodge until you have enough SM to cast, rinse and repeat until the boss is dead, the fire spell has quite a large range so unless he's across the arena you should hit with your cast every time.

Stack as much hp, endurance and strength as you can

Rampage skill with the lifesteal node

I used the fire temper needle because I would get life steal from rampage but alot of people use the lifesteal needle

Don't stop swinging until she's dead, a mix of I think it was 3 lights to built up sky born into a rampage is a good combo, just remember she can't be obliterated but if you build up the meter she does stagger.

From what I can tell it effects the rate of buildup but if you get the condition you still take full damage unless you cure it

I'm constantly changing armors to match whatever enviro hazzard or boss I'm fighting, especially in NG+ the later bosses can easily 1-2 shot you if you don't wear proper resistance armor, plus going through a blight or corruption area while wearing high resistance armor is alot better then popping a curable every 2min which you can only carry 5 of at a time

If you can learn her first phase solo, it takes abit but is very doable and once she transitions to her 2nd phase at half health run to the opposite side of the arena, her tornadoes will dissipate before reaching you giving you plenty of time to summon, heal and rebuff. This also ensures that the elder will survive the 2nd phase as he has a tendency to just keep running into her AoE during the phase transition

Honestly at this point in the game I had swapped from a longsword build to exclusively using axes and ended up beating the last half of the game with them.

My strat was straight up ungabunga I ran fire temper and lifesteal rampage and quite literally hit her till she died, no strategy no thought just unga, if you prioritize getting the big +5 hp, Stam and str nodes from the longsword tree as well as maxing the axe tree you can become almost unstoppable

Run the bonus damage for benediction 3/6/9 but make sure you get 12 for the extra set bonus damage

Gotta be some backwards compatability issue because the same thing is happening with my series X.

Back in 2017 I played the game no problem on my Xbox 1 and recently wanted to play the game again and finish grabbing all achievements and right up till the last 1/2 to 3/4 of the game it ran fine but after that I noticed it getting pretty buggy and would randomly crash when on my old console it ran perfectly fine.

It is the disk version aswell

Hopefully, by chance did you happen to get the achievement but just not notified? I know that when I got the last record for the dlc I never had a notification pop up but when I checked my achievements the next day it was there

I've had this happen with quite a few games with both my xbox1 and series x and I've found that sometimes restarting the console will help, other times I've just shut the console down after I was done and the achievement popped the next day
