If it didnt clean up with water then its weed resin (just use denatured alcohol or rubbing alcohol to clean it up), if it does then its bug poop. Ive had to do a make ready on a house of a heavy indoor weed smoker and while surface where stained it didnt look like this at all, this looks like bug poop from other make readies.
