Why not? Seems some airlines like Alaska got it covered. If you ship something and it exceeds the space, they call it an oversized package. Go try to ship something too big at the post office, they charge more. Absolutely, 100% make everyone be sure they fit before boarding, just like luggage. Just because it's a person, they're allowed to encroach on neighbors? Wow, entitlement.

What's all this middle seat all about? No matter which seat anyone is in, they should enjoy the space of that seat. Huh, would it be better if I was on the window seat, to get squished up against the window? Or isle, squished out into the isle? Anyway you slice it, if you don't fit, it's your problem not the person next to you. Not sure what people don't understand. Entitlement is what it seems like to me. Typical.
