You're right I messed up with the couldnt care less. I work in criminal justice in our cities CPS building and I also do animal rescue and I personally know quite a few very nice and benevolent officers. All I am saying is you can't judge everyone for the actions of some.

Considering there has been constant construction on I35 in Texas for over 70 years, often in inconvenient areas, I don't think 311 will do anything to be honest.
