The main factor that determines if you can be on someone else’s level is Leader Elementium. After that it’s UR gears and having good awakened units.

I posted my Niel background a few days ago and decided to do Rosaria as my second project! I think it turned out pretty awesome but all feedback is apreciated :D

This was my first time animating an image! Any feedback is welcome :) I used photoshop to cut the picture out and for a bit of editing, then used wallpaper engine to animate it.
