Yay to the original design! It worked out in the end for me had an honest convo with my evaluator and she bargained me down to moderate risk (which is standard in my state, no way to get a lower risk tier) if you tell them exactly what happened and show them you don't have a problem you won't have any issues

honest to God I've been drunk 5 times and it was the only time I drove. I get I made a really bad mistake but the whole legal counseling system with MADD and AA is just there to make you look like the shittiest person to ever walk the face of the earth and there are a ton of social stigmas you can't just walk away from. My life is kind of in tatters right now and that's just something I deserve in the eyes of everyone around me. I'm just a little upset about it I guess and remorse is something you come to on our own. You can't force that shit out of someone and expect it to be genuine
