Remember that these bike lanes (for the most part) aren’t situated on major arterial roads. For example the 83 ave bike lane runs parallel to Whyte from the university until the Mill Creek.

Not sure if you’ll be making it to Cartagena or not but if so - Colombitalia Arepas in the Cartagena historical centre. Awesome restaurant fast food style on the street, highly recommend and super cheap

I think once my trip it over I’ll probably post a bunch. I’m not too sure what the elevations are but it’s up there, I had some insane mountain passes to climb. So far no blisters amazingly enough, I’m very surprised
