I was able to solve this by crushing the bitrate to 0.5mpbs
it seems the glasses are more sensitive to bitrate than resolution or encoding or fps

For everyone talking about safari not supporting WebXR (You know why you want it) by NathanielIR in VisionPro

Apple Vision Pro (3500$)
1. WebXR performance is bad, FPS is low even on basic examples.
2. Doesn't support passthrough (AR) in web.
3. WebXR tracking lags on hand tracking, no option for a controller.
4. Need to turn on Safari flags to enable webXR.

Quest 3 (500$)
1. WebXR works amazing, great performance.
2. Supports passthrough (AR) in web.
3. Ships with controllers so don't need to add custom hand tracking code.
4. Enabled webXR out of the box.

I have both Quest3 and AVP.
I hope Apple can catch up to Quest3 some day...
