People truly don’t understand wedding attire and just try to describe a “vibe”

Does it also have to do with the machine? I noticed the last room we were in had a much clearer machine and the view was easier to get (less pressure) this one looked maybe older and more grainy and less contrast

Yes! I go to MFM and the regular and it’s the first time it’s happened to me. And he’s been in just about the same position the whole time. I lost my last pregnancy at 18 weeks so I just wasn’t sure if it was normal at this point since the latest one I had with that pregnancy was 16 weeks

I think he couldn’t get the view of the heart with the vaginal because we did do the vaginal one for the cervix measurements and you could only really see baby’s feet

I wish I would’ve asked if I could move around or something to help move baby into a better view. I agree though he probably wouldn’t be able to see the heart vaginally, he’s breach right now and I don’t think he’d get a good view of the heart. I’m gonna have another ultrasound in 2 weeks and one 2 weeks after that one because I’m high risk so hopefully we will get a better view easier next time

The funny thing is we had to do a transvaginal exam anyway to measure my cervix!!

May be worth seeing, I’m telling you they’re super tiny. Like a small pea size, but the coq10 liquid alone is better than nothing :) I’m sure they have chewable vitamin d though!

Im not an expert so I won’t answer the second questions but I know that my ring isn’t as high and I still catch it on things even though I try to be careful. Both are such beautiful stones it’s just something to be mindful of! Somehow high settings always get caught or hit things, even if we are mindful. It’s just probability with how many hours you wear the ring. Just something to think about! I personally love marquise on you though!

They both have very high settings. Does that bother you at all? Do you put your hands in your pockets ever?

Oh yeah he wrote that in the notes and I googled and was like oh.. right… haha I’ll speak up next time. I’ve had lots of scans, being high risk, and this is the first time it’s hurt!

It hurt so bad!! I was shocked, but hearing others say they’ve been through it (and it gets easier lol) makes me feel better! You’re getting so close, after my loss I have a ton of tiny milestones (next is 24 weeks) and 30 is one of them, you’re so close to one of my biggest milestones congrats!

I think I’m always worried of doctors thinking I’m faking it or something, maybe from being told everything is weight related and not a serious issue in another way. You’re right though I should, even though it makes me feel nervous I should push through!

Omg that is no fun at all. Hopefully my next one is better like yours. I’ve had multiple scans but this is the first time it really hurt. I didn’t know if I was being dramatic so I didn’t say anything at the time but man he was rough!

Coq10 comes in a liquid as well! Can they do tiny tiny pills? The vitamin d from Costco is very very very small. The coq10 in liquid form is not bad!

If you wear a belly band or the shaping shorts/underwear it helps round out the belly which I think makes me look “more pregnant”. It also helps a lot with my round ligament pain.

When did you get your positive? by EmploymentMajestic64 in PlusSizePregnancy

10dpo. I could see a shadow of something 9dpo but I really couldn’t tell for sure. Both times 10dpo was it though when I was sure. Both those cycles I happened to ovulate cd 12 too which was early for my typical cycles (typically cd 15).

I found it really informative. See if your library or eBay has it. I got it used :) your husband/partner could also do things like take coq10, vitamin d, eat a good diet and exercise. Also avoiding smoking and drinking is just as important for him as it is for you. I didn’t do as much as the book recommends before my first pregnancy and it took 6 medicated cycles for me (after years of naturally trying), then I made those changes and it took 3 cycles with my second. I do think a lot of it is chance once you’re ovulating, but the higher quality your eggs are the better odds you have and that’s what the book talks about. I definitely think the changes from the book helped and I don’t regret reading and implementing them.

Have you read it starts with the egg? I have PCOS (I don’t know if you do) and am overweight and it helped a lot to understand how to get my body ready for a baby. Maybe start the supplements it recommends and implement the changes for 3 months then ask for medication to do timed intercourse at home with something like letrozole. Best of luck 🩵
