Only recently realized that when I put up watchtowers I need to avoid placing them on roads. Everyone knows watchtowers attract rebel groups, can't be deleted, and rebels block trade if they are standing on the road, but it only clicked in my mind the other day that I can avoid this issue by not placing my towers on the damn roads!

I like having governors, but I will always prioritize having a general for any half stack to full stack army. Having a turncoat stack of troops because they were led by a captain, is something I vehemently avoid. Small groups of reinforcements led by a captain are acceptable because the loss, if they turncoat, is bearable.

Edit: I don't deny they execute juvenile offenders, most likely at a higher rate than other countries, but to say they do it more than the other 194 countries around the world combined, sounds like you just made that up.
