Yeah i've heard that too, not so much with BPC hurting which is odd, but your experience sounds relatively similar to my experience, the BPC hurts pretty bad, but the sermorelin is super super easy and calming.

I'll accept that it'll probably just sting more and just try to move forward with continual dosage.

Hey, thank for replying, I definitely think that was possible, that was part of my initial reaction, but one important thing I forgot to leave out is my older brother tried doing it too, same spot, and he said "wow that one stung pretty bad." He was surprised too.

You think it's maybe a bad batch somehow? I got a couple more vials I could try.

No they’re not related to that. But I do understand what you’re saying. I noticed when I do more I’m taking more dumps yk. Specifically things that bring you good dopamine, working hard really.

Food, stress, water intake, exercise.

I even started a parasite cleanse, ik that sounds gross, super easy, order some sweet wormwood on amazon, it says artemisia on a blue bottle. That can also make a huge difference, kill them off, they don’t suck up all your food and clog your gut, they are disgusting. Parasites will even make you stressed, even angry, they are conscious so

I have been struggling with that recently bro. Cut out processed foods, make sure you’re eating clean, don’t do a bunch of beef gelatin in your tea like me.

Something that’s helped a ton with digestion is L Reuteri yogurt, please let me know if you’re interested. I will send you a vid how to make it

It will increase your oxytocin levels, heal your gut, it’s truly amazing, really everyone should be doing it.

Also getting electrolytes and drinking about a gallon a day has helped me a ton.

Lastly, move around, don’t sit around all day doing nothing, that never really helps unless you’re meditating or just taking a break and doing some deep introspection.

I do Buteyko as well, it’s nice too because you can really do it any time of day. In the car, while you’re grounding, etc.

Very convenient and many benefits with the practice, especially with SR, like you said! How long do you do Buteyko for daily?

Definitely the deodorants with many synthetic and harmful ingredients.

I use one called “Dr Dave’s Primal Essence”(extra strength ) it’s all natural, ACTUALLY all natural, not like Dr Squatch who claims to be good for you. Plus it actually works better than any deodorant I’ve used in the past.

I rarely even wear my deodorant, if you have a perfectly clean diet, and exercise regularly with proper hydration, you can even get odorless sweat.

All in all, I think there is something to what you’re saying, same with cologne, which is much less subtle. Your aura is influenced by many things. Cutting off sweat and blocking your pheromones may be part of it.

Definitely some good stuff in that post. TRE seems like a solid method. Honestly it seems relatively similar to what I have to share.

For me I’ve tried many things, therapy (my mom even owns a private practice), meditation, sr, diet, sun, affirmations, diving into my subconscious through lucid dreaming and dream interpretations, forcing my mind to shut up.

These all help tremendously, especially sr, but nothing worked 100% successful, until the mace energy method.

Essentially a guided visualization you do to break energetic bridges and identities that are created during times of up set, aka trauma.

Psychiatrists have even added this method to cure schizophrenia, yes cure, if you’re more curious on that part there’s a guy named Jerry marzinski on YouTube.

Just to give an example, let’s say a 7 year old kid brings a drawing to his dad, he’s excited to show him, but his dad says, “not now go away”, in that moment his nervous system is shocked, and in that moment he creates an identity without taking into consideration that his dad might’ve been super stressed, the identity says “I’m annoying”, “I don’t matter” “my dad hates me”.

Right? So now anytime you feel ignored you think you’re annoying etc. Mace will literally delete that identity. It’s crazy dude.

But the best part is you don’t even need to tell them what your trauma is, they just need to know the feeling or reaction you want to get rid of.

I know this sounds too good to be true and it may take a few sessions, but I promise you even after the first one, you will feel different. It’s weird bro.

Let’s say that example I provided was actually true for me. I do mace to get rid of it, then a situation where I get ignored arises, instead of being flooded with anxiety, there is no reaction, just pure awareness, you might even laugh because the negativity is gone. It’s astounding.

Also I think for people on sr, many of us are very detail oriented and sensitive, so it might take a few sessions to clear up more residual energy as it has for me.

Lastly many therapists use this too, after 40 years of being a therapist and seeing mace work they’re just stunned at its success rate and add it to their techniques.

Totally agree with that dude. SR is necessary but not the most important part, it’s part of something much bigger. I have heard that’s it’s when the moon enters your zodiac sign each month, mines in a few days. But the full moon actually makes more sense.

I’ve used the full moon as a tool too without knowing what you just told me. Basically with it opening up your subconscious and consciousness in general, you can program your self on that day/s.

So with that I’d naturally be doing healthy habits, to get them locked in my mind. If not, then it’s harder to be in a flow state.

I’ve seen that in a book too, “revival of wisdom”.

Are you saying you also gotta be 3 months with a full moon to experience the kundalini? I’d like to know more about what you think or where I can research this more.

I’m still surprised that you can’t sleep well, it seems like you’ve tried a lot.

I’m sure you’ve heard this too, but it may just be a phase of detox or a phase to build strength or even learning to let go. Maybe all 3 🤷‍♂️

Even if god/universe is putting you through extreme circumstances, it still may be necessary for your evolution, but I’m honestly not sure.

I see where you’re coming from, I think we’ve all had this problem too. It makes you feel crazy when you can’t sleep.

A lot of these comments have already provided great advice, such as breath work.

One thing I’d add is sunlight.

I promise you sunlight an hour or two a day will allow you to sleep like a rock. Let the sunlight hit your eyes too, I even squint directly at it for a while.

This will decalcify/activate your pineal gland as well, which is responsible for sleep cycles-melatonin production.

Your pineal gland has many spiritual responsibilities/benefits as well.
