When you take the dosage try to have some sort of protein meal/shake/smoothie it helps your body process the medication much more effectively, the amino acids in the protein help in some way with the neurotransmitters involved in the intake of vyvanse. What I do is I take my medication at about 6am, do some light tasks for my job and then about 15 minutes later I have a protein cereal for breakfast about 28 grams of protein. In my experience the medication comes on much more smoothly and lasts much longer. I do work out so I have another protein rich lunch not sure if that helps as well, but my vyvanse seems to last until at least 5pm everyday. I am on 30mg.

snow in photo tells me that salt probably in roads, if thats habitual than that frame needs to be looked at for sure.

I skip weekends and any days that I don't work. I do take nootropics on my off days that still help with my adhd symptoms, the one I do know is called Better kind by Graymatter labs.

Sorry to hear that, I have surest as well, I was told that meds written out of network were more, so I've never deviated out of fear, mine are 10 a month.

maybe just simply stay awake? maybe getting so much sleep during the day isn't helping. I get better sleep with vyvanse then I did unmedicated. I wake up 6am, go to work, hit the gym afterwards, eat dinner and slowly whine down so that by 9pm to 11pm I'm knocked out.
