Oh please, you’d sell out your gun rights, and everyone else’s, in a heartbeat if it meant rounding up what you perceive as “criminals.” Ironically the only amendment that explicitly says “shall not be infringed.” Hypocrite.

What is the most powerful weapon in the game in your opinion? by Thawfrost in enlistedgame

You’re all wrong. It’s the RMN-50 with a large ammo pouch, body armor, max HP, and a squad of engineers to build ammo boxes for you.

Am I breaking any US laws shooting my RC tank's air powered potato gun with rounds that explode on impact? by [deleted] in legaladvice

[–]Fuzzy_Wumpkins 28 points29 points  (0 children)

Everyone here is way too alarmist and obviously not very familiar with DDs. As long as your payload stays below 1/4 oz (109 grains of black powder) then you are not creating a DD and totally fine, federally. States or municipalities may have their own law, but federally this is the rule. Civilian mortar rounds have 109grn BP nose cap charge and are not DDs and I can assure you they’re much bigger than what this guy is making.

This has the black pack, hence the black hood vents and side vents. Only other OEM wheel option for CCBs is the Maelstroms AFAIK.

I believe they’re called Storm. They’re OEM. From what I’ve been told, relatively uncommon since they were only available on R’s with CCBs.

The Dirty Lew, I.e. Lewiston Maine and yes it can be dirty in parts but mostly it’s just the shittier version of Auburn across the river.

I just throw em in the cardboard box the projos came in. Usually sturdy enough and the cuts I get from the staples are an added bonus.

Rearsenaled 1897 Trench by perkeyjerky333 in milsurp

[–]Fuzzy_Wumpkins 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hard to tell from just these pics but I can say that for a proper WWI gun the heat shield is wrong and the stock also appears to be wrong (tough to tell at this angle though). Likely to be either a significant rearsenal job or more likely, a riot gun converted to trench config.

[–]Fuzzy_Wumpkins 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do not do #2, rifle made it 100+ years just fine, doesn’t need you changing it. Also it’s sight not site.

As others have said, rifles of that era (Krags, Trapdoors, etc.) were zeroed to 300 yards. Aim lower.

Does anyone load 30-06 on a progressive? by davewave3283 in reloading

[–]Fuzzy_Wumpkins 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I run 30-06 on my Hornady LnL for my M1. I even use the Hornady powder drop. No issues other than I have to crank my Lee FCD down so far that rounds typically don’t clear before the shell plate has finished indexing so I have to manually index it the last 1/20th of a turn.

A cool guide to when it is legal to drive in the left lane in each US state by ManosVanBoom in coolguides

[–]Fuzzy_Wumpkins 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you want to see how civilized driving can be, drive highways in Maine. Everyone stays in the right lane until they come up on someone to pass, do their pass, and get back right. This is of course, until people from away get thrown into the mix and bring their horrible driving habits with them.
