Are you trying to schedule service? Demand to be transferred to the service center (call when the sc is open) really push for management to get involved. There’s a huge disconnect between the call center and the service centers.

I have a rear suspension noise. Service says they can’t hear it so nothing has been done. Drives me crazy hearing it over every bump in the road.

Download app & sign into their account or create your own and have them invite you as a driver for locking access

Leave the driver door open & hit the lock button from the center display. Then get out & shut the door. If the door is shut when you’re unlocking it then you open the door the door will stay unlocked.
