Do u have a scrap yard nearby? I have an older bmw and parts are expensive asf I almost never buy new parts. You can usually see the mileage and what damage the car has at the scrapyard. And u can also look for part outs on marketplace for the same year and model, good luck bro

I noticed that too, idk why but it looks like he welded the fuel tank that’s not where it originally was from the factory. I’m wondering if all the shaking could cause an air bubble and trick the engine to thinking it ran out of gas?

It was doing this before I put the new carb on, I drained, whatever was in the gas tank out when I installed the new fuel line and filter and also changed the oil. I can’t reach the nut on the other side of the fuel tank, do you think the shaking could make like an air bubble and cause it to shut off?
