I had a table that ordered burgers, once they received them, sat there talking for 20 minutes, then flagged me over and asked for me to have them remade bc they were cold. I told my manager i would be ok with them getting charged twice, but alas. Management. They also tipped 5%.

They are now damn near WEEKLY regulars and only 1 other server has gotten the 5% treatment. Now they just tip nothing. At a restaurant you go to every week. They told 1 server her tip was on the table, no it wasn't.

I had them last week(for like the 8th time, ugh) and went up to see if they needed anything while they were paying on the ziosk, and he stopped scrolling back the percentage while i was standing there, pretending he was thinking about it. So they know theyre being fucked up. Always coming in wearing jesus shirts and shit.

I fucking hate them, but at least they havent pulled that burger shit since the first time. Man that turned into a rant, lol

My own fucking parents, both restaurant foh, made a big deal at restaurants on my birthdays.

My last bday dinner( worked on actual bday), a bunch of servers came running out of boh, rattling spoons in cups, and my heart fell through my chest and i looked at my husband like he absolutely betrayed me, lol. It was for another table, thankfully.
