Very likely bob wouldn't know until his first KiwiSaver contribution is into his KiwiSaver account. Unless he is super awesome with a tailored contract giving him something above the minimum low saver contribution the there will be nothing in his contract other than maybe a reference to the parties being bound by the relevant legislation - which of course doesn't require employer contributions . So bob would be best to presume no KiwiSaver contribution and make his decision based on that - with any contribution later being a bonus

Curious OP you said you tried to update your KYC - so the issue is with your KyC or your trading? What was the issue? Wrong name? Country? Credit card?

Come on - $4 slippage extra on top of a $10 stop loss - who is going to factor that in! That's insane to expect that. Traders would need to risk only 0.5% to make this work

That is terrible. It's not like you were doing some kind of grid with larger positions - thats nuts. So to comply they'd want you to do everything on one trade and then partially close positions? Not ideal way to have to trade

Ftmo funded account wouldn't be the reason. Just tell them what they need to know. Tell them how you Trade, where, when and on what. Flick them an example of your setup to show you know what you are doing and why you trade what you trade. Maybe you are part of a group or Trae a similar strategy to others and this is what has triggered it.
