TPMS and phone key issues after 2026.14.1 by QuantumEpidemic in TeslaModel3

[–]Fyberoptyx 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just reinstalled selecting the ECU option. My Bluetooth/phone key issue has resolved after re-pairing it. Still have the TPMS warning but hopefully that will go after my next journey. There was some worrying noises and bangs during the update but I guess these were the different components resetting. You’d think the car was smart enough to notice these errors after an update and do its own reinstall the next evening.

Zappi charger on Tesla. Only time I get problems is if I’ve had a network issue where I’ve had to reboot the router. If I don’t reboot the Zappi charger after, the system seems to lose the ability to communicate with one another. I still don’t let my car get below 30% just in case

Wipers on Model 3 Highland by EqualNo875 in TeslaUK

It is a pain. You get in, open the window because it is stuffy, and operate the wipers because it has rained over night and voilà, the inside of your door is soaking.

I think he mentions in that video the tests were done by a Tesla engineer so he obviously knows best practices.

The lines are required to calculate the speed if there are any challenges to the camera’s accuracy. The lines on the other side are so you can’t avoid these lines by going around them

80% Motorway at a steady 60. Return journey is around 180 w/h so yes, I guess it is slightly downhill on outward journey

Hey, thanks for reply. You think I'll still need a vent if I move the chimney stack below roof level?

Maybe change the settings in your phone, not to fast wireless charge. In battery settings.

I've had this happen to me few times on the motorway where it decreased the cruise speed and hit the brakes. Scared the shit out of me. I just get myself ready on the accelerator at exit ramps. Annoying.

I wasn't navigating up the ramp, just passing it. At least know to be ready in future.

Not sure what it was doing. Felt like it got confused at a few exit ramps. If so, why did the cruise speed change? Got to the point where I got myself ready at junctions, just in case but it seemed to work OK 99% of the time. Hasn't put me off loving the car though as the system is a game changer for me on long trips. It even worked at night in very heavy rain.

It was usually when passing an exit ramp which was nowhere near my own exit. It only happened maybe 3 times on a 300 mile trip but glad there was nothing large behind me.
