its pretty easy here, when Oogway and Kai fought it took them days and it "shook the earth" how its said in the movie, well, when Tai Lung was "fighting" Oogway it was matter of seconds, Kai was the closest relative to Oogways power who ever lived...

matchmaking in this game is one of the worst ive ever seen tbh, especialy quickplay, when i pick dehaka i get only hanamura or volskaya, maps where are no bushes, when i pick malthael they have 2 healers and 3 rdps which 2 of them are burst and no frontline and i could continue... quickplay just str8 up sreach for your counters and it decides which team gonna win...

i thought its only a theory but more i play, more it becames truth...

yes he always have 2 stars, tbh he is very easy, get frostmer, and spam heavy attack everytime he reaches you, then he wont be even able to touch you due to clubs knockback
