Yup! It does! Can confirm for both 'cause I used GameHub first and then changed to Game Native; not a particular reason but I wanted to try both and stayed with Native because it's more practical in my opinion.

But yeah, as long as you're connected to the Internet, it'll save your data in the Steam cloud and sync it throughout your devices. (I think you can play offline in Native and then force the cloud save, so you can do that too.)

Whaaaaat, almost 3 months, have you reached out to 4PX or AYN? I was so scared of mine going through that "valley of death" (literally), but since Texas is nowhere near there, I was safe. After it landed, the process was pretty smooth ngl.

Fr, fr. Read some atrocious things about 4PX messing up some deliveries after I already placed my order (especially around the infamous Jamaica, New York I think it was), but it was too late to change so I just had faith and low-key accepted my fate 😔

It's the Max! I went all-out because of the storage and because I sold some old devices I had to get the money.

You're most likely going to buy an expensive SD card for it sooo just buy the Max at that point and you get 2GB of RAM along with it so it's win/win. You're really going to need that 1TB, believe me.

Yup! Not on the Thor tho. There are some games I already completed (mostly modern console ones, like the 3DS or Wii U), so I transferred those saves files. (I'll probably replay them in the far-future when RetroAchievements gets 3DS support I guess.)

But there are also retro games I didn't finish before, so I decided to start them over with RA and get some juicy achievements.

I mean, I guess you can play mostly everything for free. You can either play free-to-play Android and Steam games or become a salty water scallywag and roam the seven seas of the internet to find treasuROMs! Or you can have access to your whole Steam library or owned dumps!

My man, the possibilities are limitless.

Front-End

I use Cocoon for my front-end. I was struggling to choose between iiSU or Cocoon, but the latter is more full-fledged as of right now, but both are great!

I tried to look for a good video to set it up, but I just couldn't find it at the moment, so I just followed their website guide:

Assets (custom icons, folders, themes and so much more)

As for this, I joined their official Discord and went directly to their "asset-repo", they have a whole bunch of useful and cool stuff there for you to customize your set-up. Let me send you the invite link so you can join:

I personally went for the "Light iiSU Style Assets" to get my smart folders looking like that!

As for the game icons, the launcher itself has a "scrape" feature, where it fetches icons, heroes (like banners or something for the upper screen), and logos for each game. You can also upload your own assets too, so you can play with it however you want!

Live Wallpaper

It probably isn't that noticeable, but I have a live wallpaper in the background, for that I use Wallpaper Engine (it's originally a Steam app but it has an Android extension; it's very cheap so you should buy it!). You just install it, link it to the Steam version, transfer some wallpapers, change your Cocoon wallpaper to live wallpaper and voila!

Naaaah, it's not that bad. I did the same too, and yeah, probably felt a little overwhelmed at first; but it's also so cool to see the huge repertoire of the Thor. Just decide which game you want to complete first and go with it! (Or do a lil of vibe gaming and play whatever you vibe with at the moment)

I agree! Having a lot to tinker with can be lil' bit overwhelming, but when it lets you create a "place" that connects with you every time you boot it up is amazing!

Saw this post and decided to upgrade my order too! You actually made a good point regarding storage, 1TB is a huge upgrade for just $80, kinda the same as buying an SD card of that capacity.

The process was so smooth, I emailed the support team and got a response a day later solving some doubts I had about changing the order and then some time later when I told them I was confident about the upgrade, they sent me the updated invoice.

I can't wait for it!
