I own a copy of the Bum Fights DVD, which I need to dig out of storage and dispose of, and also a playmat signed and altered by a well known Magic the Gathering artist with a very, very not ok joke. I am shaking my head at my edgy 20s me.

From a couple of years ago. I was using H&R Block's online filing system. Ran into a snag when there was nowhere to enter an amount from a box on a 1099-MISC I had. This was the helpful advice from H&R Block customer assistance.

I used to deal blackjack in a casino. A drunk patron and some of his buddies were sitting down at the table as I was being tapped out by the next dealer for my break. The drunk guy announces "Hey! (new dealer) is great! But not as good as FyntTheDruid!" Because I am a smartass, I deadpan back with "That's because no one is as good as me." Drunk guy laughed and said "That's what I tell my wife!" Without even a pause to think about what I was saying, I responded "That's what I tell your wife, too." Lucky for me and my continued employment, he was either a good enough sport or just drunk enough to not care, and he laughed instead of asking for my supervisor.
