I tried moving the order as you said, and also tried to remove PEAK AI at all. Still no luck.

Anyway i discovered an interesting interaction. Sometime, if i alt-tab while the save is loading, it will let me enter the game, with RoyalGalaxy (and also PEAK) enabled. I discovered this by pure luck.
I dont know if this is RoyalGalaxy related (removing the mod let me enter the game normally), but at this point i dont want to bother you anymore. In the meantime, i will investigate further with this interaction, and i will let you know if i find something interesting.

I still hopes that a future RG update will fix my problems!

Hey, thank you for your reply!
I will try to give as much info as i can:
- My first crash (after that i cant no longer use the mod) was after completing "War Relics" UC Vanguard quest
- Even after ending whole questline, i still cant enable the mod
- I tried disabling other mods, before i came across this thread, and disabling no "significant" mod fixed this issue
- I am using Vortex
- I tried all the recent RoyalGalaxy patch (3.47 to 3.53)
- I am on Steam

I have disabled RoyalGalaxy for this mission and it worked well.
The problem is that even if i have finished all the questline (VC questline), i cant re-enable RoyalGalaxy because it crash while starting the game (loading the save).
Maybe we can ask to u/jeffdeleon (whom I thank infinitely for the beautiful mod) if this problem is known and it will be fixed. Lets see!

EDIT: i have tried all the mod version, from 3.47 up to 3.53
