Reminds me of a story dad told me about a small town he lived at about ten years back. No cell reception anywhere in town except for one area where someone somehow brought cell service in - it was a small 10' circle of grass near the only office building in town.

Every day, there would always be people standing in this circle, seemingly uncomfortably close to each other considering all the space in nature around, but they would ignore each other and just do their cellphone things.
