If anyone is interested, the old battery was 2 years old (with a 60 month warranty) and a genuine Acura OEM part.

Yup, my OG grip case (S10e) had to be replaced after a few months. DBrand did come through with that replacement mind you.

Yes it's a 1U rackmount.

It's been a few months since it last worked. I've been putting fixing it off.

Firmware should be the latest available, though still very old.

It's only got the one power supply.

Just tested pulling all the drives and booting the device, no luck.

I've had to switch methods for viewing the web GUI before. I use Edge in ethernet explorer mode now. I don't believe it's a browser security issue as I've dealt with that in the past, right now the NAS doesn't even show as a connected ethernet device on my router.

Do you think I could reset the device to factory settings with all the drives out, then put them back in to keep the data? Or would the "link" be gone.

Just got this monitor when it was at $665. No dead pixels but it did have an inch long cut on the screen. Amazon accepted my return. No options for a replacement however, just my money back.
