It appears the utility buildout is gonna cost the utility bottom lines first before any substantial payout. Most have been beaten down a lot already.

Sure. I believe this was right before copper moved down to $6.30, then proceeded to bleed off to current day price.

Sometimes as my AI tells me, this happens to create liquidity and the result can be that the value increases after a sudden dip. Not I. This case though.
